Terms of Service

Last updated 30 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-30.2

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Voyager ("Voyager", "we", "us") about your use of runvoyager.com, the Voyager dashboard, API, MCP server, SDK, Telegram bot and related software (together, the "Service").

You accept these Terms when you sign the Voyager sign-in message with your wallet, which states that you accept them, or when you or your agents use the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

PLEASE READ SECTION 17 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED THERE.

1. Who may use Voyager

By using the Service you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
  • you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or a company organised under the laws of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, and you will not use the Service from any of them;
  • you are not a Russian or Belarusian national, unless you are also a citizen of, or hold a residence permit for, a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area or Switzerland, as EU rules on crypto-asset wallet and custody services require;
  • you are not named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a sanctions list kept by the United States (including OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals list), the United Nations, the European Union or the United Kingdom, and you are not acting for such a person;
  • you will not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to hide where you are or to get around a restriction in these Terms;
  • using the Service is legal where you are. Some places restrict digital asset trading, automated trading or particular tokens. Knowing and following those rules is your responsibility;
  • if you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you have the authority to bind it, and "you" includes it.

We may add places to the restricted list at any time, block access by IP address or other signals, and ask you for information to confirm your eligibility.

2. What Voyager is, and is not

Voyager is software. It lets you create AI trading agents, each with its own Solana wallet and API key, set limits on what each agent may do, and connect agents through MCP, the API or the SDK so they can get quotes, swap tokens, place limit orders and run grid orders. Trades are routed by Jupiter to third-party liquidity on the Solana blockchain.

Voyager does not:

  • give investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, or recommend any token, trade, strategy or timing. Presets such as cautious, balanced and bold are parameter templates, not recommendations or an assessment of what suits you;
  • act as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary or exchange, or as the counterparty to your trades;
  • issue, sell or endorse any token, or say that any token is safe, sound or likely to rise in value;
  • offer bank or deposit accounts. Funds in agent wallets are not deposits, earn no interest from us, and are not protected by deposit insurance, the SIPC or any investor compensation scheme.

Nothing on the website, in the docs, in figures the dashboard shows, in Telegram messages, or in anything Voyager or your agent outputs is advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell anything.

3. Your agents and AI

  • You decide which AI models, apps and software act as your agents. You are responsible for everything they do with your API keys, your connected apps and your agents' wallets, as if you had done it yourself.
  • AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or manipulated, for example by instructions hidden in content an agent reads. An agent may misread you, act on false information, or trade when you did not expect it to. Check what your agents do.
  • Spending limits, approvals, token rules and pausing reduce what an agent can do. They do not make its trades good and may not catch every case. Limits cap amounts, not losses. A grid's trailing top level, if you turn it on, sells outside the spending caps.
  • Keep your sign-in wallet, API keys, connected apps, passkeys, authenticator app and recovery codes secure. Anyone holding them can act as you. If you think one is compromised, revoke it in the dashboard and tell us at once.

4. Agent wallets

  • Each agent has its own Solana wallet. Voyager generates its private key, stores it encrypted, and uses it to sign the swaps and orders your agents request within your limits, and the withdrawals you make. Agents have no way to transfer funds out: only you can withdraw, and withdrawals go only to your sign-in wallet.
  • Agent wallets are hot wallets held by an internet-connected service. Funds in them can be lost through software errors, security breaches, failures of third parties, or events outside our control. Keep in an agent wallet only what you are prepared to lose, and withdraw what the agent does not need.
  • The digital assets in your agents' wallets are yours. We do not lend them, pledge them or trade them for our own account.
  • We may delay, pause or refuse a transaction or withdrawal, or pause an agent, where we reasonably believe the law, a court, a regulator or sanctions require it, to protect you, us or others from fraud or unauthorised access, or while we investigate a security incident.
  • If we decide to shut the Service down, we will aim to give at least 30 days' notice on the website, so you can withdraw your funds.
  • If we block access from where you are, email [email protected] and we will return the funds in your agents' wallets to your sign-in wallet, where the law allows.

5. Fees

  • Voyager charges a fee on each swap your agents execute, including limit order, grid and stop fills. The current rate is shown on the Voyager home page, and the fee is included in every quote before execution. It is collected on-chain through Jupiter's referral program.
  • Solana network fees, priority fees and account rent are paid from the agent's wallet. Liquidity venues and token issuers may charge their own fees, including token transfer fees.
  • We may change the fee for future swaps by updating the website and docs. Fees are not refundable, including on trades that lose money, except where the law requires a refund.

6. Risks you accept

Trading digital assets is risky. By using the Service you accept these risks, among others:

  • Prices are volatile and can fall to zero. You may lose everything you put into an agent.
  • Swaps settle on the Solana blockchain and are final. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a confirmed transaction.
  • Quotes can change before execution. A trade can fill at a worse price than expected because of slippage, price impact, thin liquidity or front-running, or fail and still cost network fees.
  • Limit orders, stop-losses, take-profits, grid orders and trailing exits are run by Voyager's keeper, which checks prices at intervals using third-party price data. They are not guaranteed to fill, to fill at their trigger price, or to fill in time. The price can move past a level between checks, and outages at Voyager, Jupiter, price sources or Solana can delay or stop them.
  • Prices, balances, profit and loss, and points shown by the Service are estimates. They can be late or wrong, and profit and loss figures follow our own method and are not tax records.
  • Tokens can be scams, can lose their liquidity, can carry transfer fees or hooks, and can be frozen, paused or taken back by their issuer. A token being verified by Jupiter or appearing on any list is not an endorsement.
  • Grid orders earn while a price ranges and lose while it trends. Past results, examples and back-tests say nothing about future results.
  • Laws on digital assets change, and a change can restrict or end your use of the Service or of particular tokens.

7. Tokenized securities and restricted tokens

Some tokens Jupiter routes represent or track shares, funds or other securities. Their issuers restrict who may buy them, often excluding people in the United States and other places, and keep powers to freeze, pause or take them back. Voyager does not offer, sell or recommend these tokens and blocks buying them by default.

If you allow an agent to buy one, you confirm that you are eligible to hold it under its issuer's terms and the law that applies to you, and you accept the issuer's powers over it. We may block any token at any time.

8. Services we do not run

The Service depends on services we do not control, including the Solana blockchain, Jupiter and the venues it routes to, RPC and price-data providers, wallet software, AI model providers and the apps you connect (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor), Telegram, and our hosting providers. They are responsible for their own availability, accuracy and conduct, their terms govern your use of them, and we are not liable for them. A link to a third-party site is not an endorsement.

9. Points and referrals

  • Points count activity on Voyager. They have no monetary value and are not property, money, a security or a digital asset. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything, and they are not a promise of any token, airdrop, allocation, discount or payment.
  • We may change how points are earned, change or reset balances, remove points earned through wash trading, self-referral, multiple accounts, automation built to farm points or any other abuse, and end the program at any time, without liability to you.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on anything you receive.

10. Telegram notifications

Notifications are a convenience. They can be late, out of order, incomplete or never arrive, and news more than an hour old is dropped. Do not rely on them to manage risk; check the dashboard. The bot cannot trade, approve or change anything.

11. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not let your agents:

  • use the Service for anything illegal, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or dealing in the proceeds of crime;
  • manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump schemes or trading on inside information;
  • interfere with, overload, probe or attack the Service, other users or third parties, or get around rate limits, spending limits, location restrictions or security controls;
  • access accounts, agents, keys or data that are not yours;
  • copy, resell or offer the Service as your own, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
  • use the Service in a way that could expose us or others to legal or regulatory liability.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. Withdraw your funds first, then pause your agents and revoke their keys and connected apps.
  • We may suspend or end your access, pause agents, cancel open orders and grids, or refuse transactions, at any time and without notice, where we reasonably believe you broke these Terms or the law, where the law or an authority requires it, to address a risk to the Service or others, or if we stop offering the Service. Unless the law prevents it, you can still withdraw your funds to your sign-in wallet.
  • Sections 2, 3, 6, 9 and 14 to 20 continue to apply after your use ends.

13. An early service that changes

The Service is in active development. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may change its limits, supported tokens and defaults, or discontinue it, at any time.

14. No warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ORDERS WILL EXECUTE OR EXECUTE AT ANY PRICE, OR THAT FUNDS WILL NOT BE LOST.

15. Limits on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) VOYAGER AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, TRADING GAINS, DATA, GOODWILL OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID VOYAGER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND 100 US DOLLARS.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

16. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify and hold harmless Voyager and its owners, operators, contributors and affiliates against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your agents' actions, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or anyone else's rights.

17. Disputes, arbitration and class action waiver

  • Talk to us first. Before starting any proceeding, email [email protected] with your sign-in wallet address and a description of the dispute and the outcome you want. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.
  • Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including about their existence, validity or termination, that is not resolved that way will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the BVI International Arbitration Centre under its Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is filed. There will be one arbitrator, the seat will be Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and the language will be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
  • Individual claims only. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
  • Opting out. You can opt out of this section by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your sign-in wallet address and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
  • Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, or ask a court for an injunction against misuse of intellectual property or unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Time limit. To the extent the law allows, a claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
  • Consumers in Europe and elsewhere. This section does not apply to you if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. Consumers elsewhere whose law gives them rights that cannot be waived by contract keep those rights.

18. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not take away protections that the law of the country where you live gives consumers and that cannot be waived by contract.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The new version will carry a new version number at the top of this page, with the date it was published. When a change needs your acceptance, the dashboard will ask you to sign the sign-in message again before it opens. Changes take effect when posted, and your or your agents' use of the Service after that means you accept them.

20. General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier understanding.
  • If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and that part applies as far as the law allows.
  • If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor of the Service.
  • We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain forks, network congestion or outages, attacks, failures of third parties, changes in law and acts of government.
  • Nobody other than you and us, and the people protected by sections 15 and 16, has rights under these Terms.
  • We may give you notices through the website, the dashboard or Telegram. You may give us notices by email.
  • If these Terms are translated, the English version controls.
